This is the story of two city girls (well, one is half country girl) moving from the city to the country. But this is really God’s story. We bought this house for the sole purpose of dedicating it to God and for Him to use it for His glory. Please join us in praying for God to use it in a very special way. It all belongs to Him.

Worship and Community Chili Night 2016


Our 2nd annual Worship Night and 1st Annual Worship & Community Chili Night was wonderful!  We had about 35 people come out to enjoy some chili with all the fixins and then worship our Lord under the stars.



The chili turned out great!  We had about 7 different chili recipes combined together for a fantastic community chili!  Everyone had several bowls and we had plenty left over for everyone to take some home too!




It was a chilly night for chili but we stayed warm around the fire.


Great music with Ross, Rick and Zack on the guitars and violin.


The best part...Bobby and Barb, the former owners dropped by for a visit.  They started the community chili tradition 35 years ago and it was such a blessing to have them here for #36!  What a sweet couple.





I won best outfit of the night.  LOL











It was exhausting!
